Valley Veterinary Clinic COVID-19 procedures
1. Please phone in food orders and medication refills and pay over the phone by credit card.
Upon successful payment, proceed to the clinic when you arrive please phone the clinic to let us know you are here. Our staff will place your order out to the door or take it out to the vehicle depending on what your needs are. If you need us to bring it out, please have your vehicle ready by opening the trunk or having seats clear. We will not move items to make room. Please remember we are trying to limit close contact, so please do not ask questions while we are outside.
2. Large animal clients please phone ahead and talk to the veterinarian for large animal medications and questions. Then we will have your order ready when you arrive.
3. When bringing your animal to appointments, we are restricting visits to one person per appointment in the room.
4. In order to limit the number of people in our building we ask that you please do not bring children into our office.
5. At this time we are not allowing visitation of hospitalized patients.

We treat pocket pets, including guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles, hamsters, horses, sheep, poultry, and birds along with the more common pets such as cats and dogs. Farm animals, including pigs and cattle, are also welcome at our clinics.
24-Hour Emergency Services
We can handle a wide assortment of issues, including caesarean sections, trauma, and orthopaedic and ophthalmic procedures. If you have an emergency, call the clinic nearest to you. We proudly serve Central Alberta.
